to continue my last post, i felt so resentful of myself and self harmed the day after it happened. i washed all my sheets even though they weren’t wet or anything, but ugh i don’t know man, i just hate myself more than i can put into words. i feel like i lost a part of myself and just feel so embarrassed/ashamed/vulnerable.
i hate myself so much right now. the most intimate thing i’ve ever done is kiss someone’s neck and be kissed on the neck, and also like my stomach or wtv. but nothing else. until a few days ago when i had this guy over and i ended up grinding against him and i think i orgasmed idrk how that’s supposed to feel like but something definitely happened. and he also had his hand over my pants and i basically like.. rubbed myself against his hand. I have never ever done this before so i am disgusted pls help
