While reading papers recently, I found that a paper by He Xiaoming (first author), a faculty member at the School of Internet, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Hong Yan (corresponding author), a professor at the College of Textile and Clothing Engineering, Soochow University, is suspected of plagiarizing another paper.
